Maintenance contracts for fire and security systems
An installed system only works when it is properly maintained. For fire alarm, gas and sprinkler suppression, cameras, parking, voice evacuation and other systems we sign annual maintenance contracts: periodic checks, detector cleaning, battery and spare part replacement, 24/7 fault response and documents for fire authority inspections. What the contract covers
An inspection schedule per system type, planned checks and tests, detector cleaning, battery replacement, cylinder pressure and weight checks, software updates, fault call-outs, spare parts, inspection reports and documents for the fire authority.

- Gas suppression: cylinders, detectors, discharge circuit
- Sprinklers and pumps: valves, pressure, pump test
- CCTV, parking, access control: equipment and software
Systems installed by another contractor
We take systems into service regardless of who installed them: first we survey the site and document the system’s condition, propose upgrades if needed, then the scheduled service begins.
